So, which online casinos can PA players expect to see coming to our state in 2022?

All signs point to Golden Nugget Online Gaming to launch this year, as they are already live in both New Jersey and Michigan with great success. GNOG is one of the biggest casinos in New Jersey and hosts a massive selection of online slots, live dealer casino games, and the US’s only live casino floor roulette.

Other big brand names who have applied for casino licenses through the PGCB include:

  • PlayUp
  • MaximBet
  • GGPoker (under NSUS)

iGaming Revenue Expected to Continue to Grow

Last year, revenue for online casinos exceeded $1 billion in PA by November. And the industry is looking to continue exceeding and breaking records throughout 2022.

Expect to see new partnerships with casinos and game providers to bring the newest slots and more for PA players to enjoy.

One big area with potential for growth in 2022 is the probability for Pennsylvania to Michigan, New Jersey, and other states in a multi-state poker compact, allowing poker players in PA to participate in national tournaments across state lines. If this happens, we can expect to see revenues and participation to increase significantly at PokerStars and WSOP
