Evolution’s third-quarter year-on-year numbers continue to show the strength in the online casino industry.
Evolution’s third-quarter revenue numbers were up 97.1% from last year’s figures, totaling $320.5 million.
A large portion of this was driven by the game provider’s live casino business, where numbers saw a 53.2% increase year-to-year. RNG games from Evolution generated over $71 million in revenue.
North America is the third-largest market for Evolution games, only behind Asia and the ‘Rest of Europe’ region (discludes UK and Nordic markets).
Evolution chief executive Martin Carlesund released a statement saying, “The third quarter this year has been another quarter of extremely high activity within Evolution. The expansion of our business at the current speed is simply put – hard work – and I want to start these comments by thanking everyone in Evolution for great work during this period, without your effort and commitment, the achieved financial results would not be possible. The result for the third quarter of 2021 has once again proven that our strategy to focus on the entertainment of the end-users and seamless and flawless experience is successful.”
