Gambling revenue in Pennsylvania soared to new heights this November. The state recorded a 4.6% jump in the overall market revenue leading to total inflows of $452.4 million.

Online Casino

Online casino revenue continues to expand in PA, reaching a new high of $128.6 million in November. This represents a 37% increase from November 2021. The surge in monthly casino gaming revenue is attributable to the vast demand for online slots. Players spent a total of $86.6 million on slots in November, 42.8% more than the same time the previous year.

Sports betting

On the other hand, sports betting dropped by 17% year-on-year to $52.9 million. The bulk of the sports betting revenue came from online wagers, with retail betting accounting for only $4.7 million.

The decline in revenue is opposite to what we see in the overall handle in PA. This increased by 3.6% to $789.2 million in November.

Pennsylvania gambling revenue continues to grow. The increase in online casino revenue and the overall handle shows that there is sustained interest in gaming activity in PA.
